I was hesitant about taking time for myself because I wasn’t sure this type of work was going to help me. In the three months of working with Nina I learned how to leverage mindfulness practices to access my inner focus, clarity, and confidence. I walked away with tools on how I can motivate myself and my team. Investing in this program with Nina has helped me have a better relationship with myself AND has elevated my career with a promotion to Vice President within my organization.

I feel more confident in boardrooms and Zoom rooms. I have the power to look closer at, understand, and let go of the things that frustrate me during my workday. Prior to working with Nina, I was uncertain about myself and very anxious about my future. I faced each work day with dread through a lens of negativity and lack of self confidence. We get stuck in our ways and before working with Nina I didn’t realize how I was preventing myself from being able to grow and achieve new levels of doing business. If things bothered me or challenged me, I ignored it and pushed through it. I’ve never worked with anyone to analyze my professional self and with her help, I now know myself better and have a clearer understanding of what I want and need in my career.

A priceless take away from my work with Nina was how she helped me to completely shift my relationship with my boss from toxic and negative to a relationship that feels easy, enjoyable, and respectful. I show up for myself with more kindness and compassion and because of that, I’m able to do the same with my boss, colleagues and my husband! My growth during my time working with Nina has inspired those closest to me to invest in themselves too. Doing this type of deep work is the gift that keeps on giving!
